Characteristics of plastic blasting media

• A fairly soft, recyclable abrasive — which is why it is used mainly inside cabinets.
• It is used mainly in aerospace and in the food industry.
• Graffiti removal, stripping galvanised parts and cars, cleaning plastic, cleaning submarine antennas, shoe soles, stripping aircraft and polyester boats — just some of its uses.
• Cleaning moulds 10 times faster than chemicals.
• Virtually no wear on the blasting machine's components.
• It does not damage the surface at all, cleaning only the foreign matter.
• It causes no damage or corrosion, even on thin substrates.
• A high-quality blasted surface.
• It contains no toxic chemicals.

• Long service life — the same grain is recycled up to 20 times inside a cabinet.
• A recyclable abrasive of low hardness (3.5 on the Mohs scale).
• It is intended for soft surfaces, so high compressed air pressure is not required.
