The booth is one of the most important parts of a successful electrostatic painting system.
Our company builds a wide range of powder coating booths, in various types and sizes according to each customer's needs.
The electrostatic painting systems are built entirely at our factory in Aspropyrgos and are CE certified.
These booths require one electrostatic spray gun, spraying the part from one side.
The powder, being electrostatically charged, wraps around the part so that the back of the part is coated as well.
At the back of the booth we fit polyester paper filter cartridges, which are cleaned automatically and at whatever frequency we set.
The powder ends up in the collection hopper, which is easily removed for cleaning.
Besides the models below, we can build machines to whatever dimensions you specify.

In these booths we use at least two electrostatic spray guns, diagonally opposite each other, and robots are also commonly used for coating the parts automatically.
For dust extraction we usually use an independent filter unit, and sometimes a cyclone where powder recycling is wanted.
Each double-side booth is designed specifically for the requirements of the individual coating plant.
If you coat 2-3 main colours that you want to collect for re-use, then using 2-3 modules is the best option.
The module is a filter bank fitted at the back of the booth, which we swap each time we want to change colour.
