Powder Coating Oven
NEODYNAMIKI LTD studies, designs, builds and installs powder coating ovens of various types and sizes.

The coating process in a powder coating oven follows three steps:
- Spraying the powder onto the part.
- Transfer into the oven.
- Curing of the powder.
Heating is achieved by circulating hot air, which is raised gradually so that it does not blow the powder off the part before the powder turns tacky.
The powder is held at 180-200℃ for 15-20 minutes, so that its granules melt and bond firmly to the part.
The final result of curing is exceptionally hard and durable.
To heat the powder we use an oil, natural gas or LPG boiler, or electric heating elements
The ovens are built entirely at our factory, in accordance with the EN regulations of the European Union, as stated in the declaration of conformity.

Includes:
- Thermally insulating panels 10cm thick, with rock wool insulation of 120kg/m2 density.
- Heating by electric elements with forced hot air circulation.
- Digital instrument for monitoring and setting the temperature.
- Safety thermostat in the heating element compartment.
- Adjustable countdown timer for setting the curing time.
- Audible buzzer at the end of the programme.
- Control panel with a relay and thermal overload protection for the electric motor.
