Paint Rooms
We use paint rooms for wet painting and drying parts after the sandblasting process.

We use paint rooms for wet painting and drying parts after the sandblasting process.
At our factory in Aspropyrgos we mainly undertake the manufacture of the paint room equipment, and also the construction of the rooms themselves when requested.
Every customer's need is different.
For each project the room is studied and designed separately, according to the specifications you give us, so that we find the most suitable solution for your needs.
This covers the construction of a steel frame with special fire-resistant rock wool panels, so that there is no heat loss.
This construction is usually handled by the customer.
We recommend sizing the room to cover most of your needs and no larger, because the cost of the equipment rises with it.

Air is supplied by 2 fans and two air dampers, one for the painting mode and one for the baking mode, through which 100% of the same air is recirculated for a faster rise in temperature.
Each air intake contains a 0-120oC safety thermostat and a pressure switch for the pressure.
On the roof of the paint room we fit a metal base with frames to hold the filters.
There we fit 2000X1000 galvanised trays with a clever system for easy replacement of the ceiling filters.
The exhaust air passes through the pollution control unit, which retains the paint, the varnish and their odours. We use three levels of filtration: paint stop filters, pre-filters and activated carbon cartridges.
For lighting the chamber we manufacture 1.00m sealed metal ceiling luminaires.
Each carries 4 LED lamps of 90cm and an easily replaceable triplex safety glass.
Around the perimeter of the luminaire we fit a rubber gasket to seal it.
To reach a higher temperature and dry the parts faster, we can build a boiler with a burner and fit it to the air supply system.

The machines above are controlled from a single panel, which consists of:
- Main ON-OFF switch
- Digital measuring instruments (A, V, Hz)
- Operating indicator lamps
- Inverter and relays with thermal overload protection on the electric motors
- A digital instrument for displaying and setting the temperature, and a countdown timer with a buzzer for the end of the programme.
- Fan for the inverter
- On/off switches for starting all the units and the lighting
- PLC controlling the self-cleaning system of the filters
- A safety thermostat
- Thermal fault indication for each electric motor separately
- Buzzer siren warning of any problem (e.g. filter change, belt change, etc.).
- Metal trunking housing the entire cable installation
The components of the electrical panel will be made by well-known European manufacturers with ISO 9001 and 9002 quality assurance.
A 7 inch Unitronics touchscreen can optionally be fitted for all the functions of the painting unit, with the option of remote diagnostics over ethernet in the event of a fault.
Our company operates the ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
The machines our company manufactures comply with the European standards.
On installation of the machines we also supply the following technical documents:
- Operating instructions
- Maintenance instructions
- Electrical drawing
- Mechanical drawing
- ISO and CE certificates
