Vacuum Blasting Machines
Vacuum blasters work in a closed blasting circuit and offer environmentally friendly solutions. They are ideal for spot repairs, weld seams and on-site cleaning at the customer's premises, where dust must not be allowed to escape into the atmosphere.

The blasting abrasive is recovered immediately after use through a second suction hose.
Together with the dust removed from the blasted surface, it ends up in a collection hopper.
There it is separated: the good abrasive is reused, while the dust residues are filtered so that clean air is released into the environment.
Models
The Airblast dust free blasters provide an environmentally friendly blasting solution which is easy to use, versatile and powerful.

The use of steel abrasive provides cost effective, efficient and powerful blasting as well as close control of the surface preparation.
Easily inter-changeable blast head fittings allow a variety of surfaces to be blasted including: flat, inside and outside corners, small & large diameter pipes etc.
Additional accessories are available for specific applications such as to blast large horizontal surfaces or the edges of steel plates.
As the process is safe and dust free other production processes can be carried out close to the blasting operation.
Despite its compact size, the Minipro has been developed and built for high quality, professional use. Like critical restoration- and soda blasting for example. The MiniPro’s professional character has resulted in a competitive yet corresponding price level.

As the actual blasting is sealed off by a brush head, dust and abrasives are immediately vacuumed by a powerful suction unit. The separator and silo fully recycle the collected, used abrasives. The automatically contained dust can be simply discharged.

Gritco’s vacuum blasting is a safe blasting solution for confined or critical areas (with a lower working speed compared to ‘open’ blasting).
Capacity: 18lt
The Educt-O-Matic is a light-weight, portable abrasive blasting tool with an integral abrasive recovery system.

During blasting, abrasive is continually recycled, while dust and other debris are collected in a slip-on dust bag.
Interchangeable adapter boots for level surfaces, corners, etc. fit over the swivel blast head to assure efficient
